With 10,000 signatures in the UK, the government has to respond and with 100,000 the parliament apparently is going to discuss it.

Innerhalb von 12Monaten müssen 1Million Unterschriften(auch Online) in der #EU gesammelt werden, mit einer Mindestzahl in 7 Mitgliedsländern.
Danach muss die #Initiative innerhalb eines Monats erörtert werden, innerhalb von 3 Monaten eine Anhörung im #EUParlament stattfinden dürfen und innerhalb von 6 Monaten muss die @EUCommission Folgemaßnahmen ergreifen und handeln.

Was außerdem noch ganz konkret hilft ist eine Unterstützungsunterschrift, damit wir überhaupt auf dem Wahlzettel stehen dürfen und du und andere Interessierte die Möglichkeit bekommen uns überhaupt Wählen, geh dazu einfach auf https://www.unterschreibt.de druck die UU für dein Bundesland aus und schick sie uns ausgefüllt(der obere Teil) zu.
Das kannst du sogar tun wenn du eine andere Partei(die diese Hürde z.B. nicht hat) wählen willst.
