I found and reported a major bug on Mastodon. But they ignored me like I had no clue what I was talking about.

I probably am clueless. I mean, I only hold a Ph.D. in Computer Science from the University of Michigan Ann Arbor and have spent over 20 years writing and debugging software for Kodak, Meta(Facebook), and Apple.

@cdalten i'm too tired to sugar coat things so: i've been here since 2016 and any energy spent complaining about how the mastodon project is run would be far better spent either a) organizing a hard fork governed by an actual board rather than a BDFL or b) supporting a different fediverse platform
