@flowchainsenseimstdn I've seen it a couple of times in smaller organizations.
I suspect larger organizations exhibit Schöns Dynamic Conservation. So except in incredibly rare cases, the system will determine the behavior, not the individual.
Learned about Dynamic Conservation from @RuthMalan’s Papers in Systems Discussion. I've lost the pointer to the paper.
