Warnung an #CDU und Autofahrer: Durch einen Tausch von Radschutzstreifen und Parkstreifen ist es Autofahrern nicht mehr möglich den gesetzlichen, bundesweit gültigen Mindestabstand von 1,5m zu Radfahrern einzuhalten.

Bedeutet es kommt automatisch ein Überholverbot.

Auf so 'ner Straße fahre ich mit dem #Fahrrad — zumindest solange hinten kein Auto kommt — auf der Autospur, um Dooring-Unfälle zu vermeiden.

Neulich ist mir beim Radeln auf solch einer Einbahnstraße der Gedanke gekommen, dass

Radspur | Autospur | Parkstreifen

eigentlich sicherer wäre, ohne mehr Platz zwischen Radspur und Parkstreifen zu brauchen. Oder?

@xtaran Richtig. Nur, wenn in Zukunft ein Auto von hinten kommt darf nicht überholt werden, da nicht genug Abstand gehalten werden kann. Egal wo der Radfahrer fährt.

@RedBent: Jo. Wobei das jetzt noch spannend wäre, wie genau der Wortlaut und die Definition von Überholen ist, wenn die Radspur links von der Autospur ist. Aber das ist ein anderes "Problem". 😉

@xtaran sowohl vorher als auch nachher sind die Radfahrer rechts von fahrenden Autos.
