@elplatt "Antenna" reminded me of my bafflement about how to size an antenna for digital TV broadcast reception.

I may have more on-point questions about my hobby website, the Weatherpixie revival PixieReport. As a mostly back end API server dev, the sane and simple approaches to webdev come slowly to me. Even though these days, the browser is almost an IDE itself.

@elplatt I discovered I had to turn off battery optimization on Android to install Signal, which seems as pertinent a fun fact to these times as joining a Mastodon server.
