M'agrada fer gató d'ametlla, té quelcom ancestral, tel·lúric. Bàsicament són tres ingredients i, si ho fas amb mel i sense canyella, poden ser de kilòmetre zero i costen dos reals. La recepta és molt antiga i pots imaginar que més o manco fa cent anys el feien ben bé igual.

A més i per sobre de tot, és boníssim.

@R @remenca compartir no costa res! El gató és una cosa que és mal de trobar-la de qualitat si no ho fas a casa, perquè els fruits secs són cars i la temptació de canviar ametlla per farina és forta pels negocis.

@Comely @R @remenca De fet 400 grams d'ametlles moltes, 8 ous, i una mica de sucre tot plegat et surt per l'equivalent actual de "quatre rals". Si te'l fas tu el gató surt molt més a compte que no pas comprar-lo fet, i bo que queda.

(Si es fa amb farina de panís en diem pa de pessic i és ben conegut arreu.)
