@aperalesf viendo que te gusta este libro estoy seguro que te encantará Nagori. Es difícil de definir. Una especie de ensayo sobre particularidades gastronómicas y culturales de Japón difíciles de asimilar para un occidental.

Ese culto al detalle y a dar significado las cosas más pequeñas y a priori insignificantes.
