Am loving the Rpi Zero 2. So quick for a machine that’s less than £20 including postage and packaging 🥹

Am using it as a drop in replacement for a Pi Zero W which started frying itself last week. It just hosts my homelab Restic repository directories, but I think I’m going to put Uptime Kuma on it (running their docker image with Podman).
I’ll probably get another one to replace my Pi 1B+ running Pihole …
And maybe another one to run a traffic monitoring camera on. 🥹

@jamescooke @underlap I’ve been debating setting one up to run a local git server. Got it tucked in my drawer at the moment waiting for the right idea

[#]forgejo is running on an Rpi 3 on the lan and it’s so nice having "onsite" git. I basically never push to GitLab any more and my GH use is just for work.
I’m sure you know this - but - make sure you get that A1 SD card for read and write performance like what a phone uses. 💾

@jamescooke @underlap I was debating a flash drive for it, just to have something a bit more resilient

@dazfuller (Dropping glyn off to avoid spamming, but can re-add if desired 👍 )
Listening to the @25admins podcasts has got me doing "3 copies of your data" as a requirement for things I care about. So I do a backup of the forge rather than any kind of caring about the quality of the media.
