Just wanted to say thanks for posting about it! I picked up an old Yashica and have been very curious to make a camera cartridge :)

Good luck.

One word of caution, my single 8 cartridge is tested with Fuji cameras, but I don't have a Yashica to test.

Also it has the ISO slot on the bottom but not the tabs on the front, as Fuji cameras don't use them.

I'll be interested to hear how you get on.

@ted Ah, hang on, you mean the super 8 cartridge rather than single 8. Different model.
