I generally prefer dark mode but not if it's going to reduce contrast on all the map tiles.

@InsertUser @osm_tech Same. I just opened the site and even though I like dark theme in many websites and platforms, in the main OSM site currently it just doesn't look great, especially when it darkens the map tiles. It makes it difficult to use.
