It's that time of the year again. If the city of Salem Oregon does not deem the library a high priority at a budget meeting tomorrow (11/13), it might be the largest major city without a library.

@Llamacalamity the only silver lining I can see there — and it’s fucking ultra-thin — is that the space could get used for something else on a city level, and then maybe other non-overhauled spaces could be abandoned.
