Initially starting out as a fun hack in between talks at a conference, iwd.el is now - thanks to a contributor - reasonably functional and can be used to connect to wireless networks via #emacs (if you are using iwd standalone).

@monnier I'd be open to changes so that iwd.el's internal functions are useful to other projects like enwc as well, however I do not have the time, energy or interest to add new features to already existing projects myself right now.
Since iwd.el only deals with iwd, the code is very iwd specific. Figuring out how to fit iwd into someone elses idea of an abstract network management interface just isn't something I want to do right now, sorry.
