I am by no means a Constitutional scholar but I question Professor Tribes understanding of human nature!

If, for instance, what would prevent Trump from instead of arresting CongressWoman "X" he simply has Seal Team #7 affect her balance on the 21st floor balcony of her hotel room?

There is no Grand Jury or Habeas Corpus or any other Constitutional guardrail to protect her! Donald Trump reveres Putin and look what Putin is setting as an example for Trump with regard to his enemies. Let's go directly to the fate of Navalny or Prigozhin or Yushenkov or Litvinenko as perfect examples.

I believe that Professor Tribe, with all due respect, is ignoring the effect such actions would have on his examples of Constitutional guardrails!
