Can someone tell me what "reply guys" means on Mastodon? I always heard it in the context of guys being overly flirty on women's selfies, but it seems to relate to discourse here?

Ignoring boundaries, telling women that they don't know their field of expertise, trying to use a more popular woman's post to gain attention for their shitty takes, sexist jokes, "just asking questions" aka sealioning.
That sort of thing.
