@FND @lars I dunno. I didn't find these kinds of mishapes interesting to learn from for our industry. We would automate that (and actually they probably should, too). I found it interesting how communication can effect air travel. Also I find it interesting that they constantly look for the root cause and e.g. improve training like in this case.

FWIW, I agree that communication is one of the most interesting aspects and believe that played a significant role here, so I do see parallels in this analysis: the stories we tell ourselves, whether it's tech choices or takeoff procedures, and how they propagate through the community - all too often disregarding relevant context
