It is the right time NOW, dear decision makers in the #EU, to ban #X and other #platformcapitalist finally. Our common ground is the set of democratic regulations. Not the amount of money. Sue them if breaking the rules (they do it all the time). Ban them all! Ban surveillance capitalism! For the sake of our European societies and our humanistic values! It's irrelevant if the platforms are owned by "capitalists".

All that matters is if they're fascists.

Ban and sanction Shitter, sanction its fascistic owner.

Ban and sanction every other platform and their owners on the same standards.

@proscience Fully agreed, therefore I also mention for instance #amazon (Bezos-WashPost utter scandal). Although he might not be a „real“ fascist, but it is greed and the laws of money which lead to fascistic behaviour.

I believe he is a fascist, and I'm happy that the last time I ordered sth from Amazon is eons ago when they sold nothing but books and he wasn't around. He hasn't gotten a single cent from me ever.

But I disagree that the problem is capitalism or wealth.

History and present shows fascism is supported by rotten people, irrespective of DNA and personal circumstances including financial situation or system.

It's a matter of character, nothing else. The US elections are proof of that.

@proscience A topic that should be discussed. I suggest to make differences between those fascists who are on their way to a dictatorship or being a dictator and all of their fans and voters and their criminals who work for them and those who do not represent a fascist state/government. Otherwise, the word is in danger to mean nothing because everybody would then be covered by that word.
