Using a few different platforms recently, I swear contemporary product teams have never heard of information architecture. Such a mess of features and “spaces” glommed together. No overarching plan or taxonomy.

@jarango all of the online course platforms like Thinkific, Mighty Networks, and to a lesser extent Podia. Terrible IA.
