Cis folks: offer to help your non-binary and trans friends with name and gender change paperwork. 🏳️‍⚧️

It meant the world to me when my friend sat with me through this process. It's stressful and frustrating. Plus making an error might mean the request is denied after a long processing wait.

Having a second set of eyes to double check the paperwork, and having someone to vent to helps tremenously. 💜
