Momey Begpost Update: everything we got helped a lot and we paid bills and got food stocked, however one fuckup never comes alone, we have humidity issues, we think it's because of the downstair appt which is uninhabited and unheated since months (nearly a year now, and had windows open for 3/4 of that time) and is probably leaking humidity onto ours.
My current AC can be used a dehumidifier but it s an old one and sucking 1.5 to 3kw running so it's clearly not ideal for the electricity bill.
A modern compressor dehumidifier is at least 200 to 300€ (pelletier are not worth it).
There is no real urgency for now, but the sooner we can get a dehumidifier, the less issues that will causes.
Thanks again.
