How do you handle adding content to your org-roam when using a mobile device?
Or don't you bother? ...and in that case what do you do when you see/read something interesting that you want to capture?

@svw @nickanderson not bothering that much, haven’t been using org-roam either, just Emacs on laptop.
Usually making new notes on the go with various cloud todo list applications, which ever is convenient on device. Importing new items with automation as org-mode headlines in eg. inbox.org would be sufficient I think.
Sometimes reading / editing org-files directly on laptop at home over VPN/ssh with vim on Termux or iSh however if laptop too much to carry with.

@svw I don't capture on mobile directly into the rest of my org-roam notes. I either create a new heading using the home screen widget with Orgzly or I share to Orgzly (which sadly doesn't have very consistent behavior).
I refile notes into the rest of my org-roam when inspiration to do so hits (which is not very often).
So, for me, no magic here.

@svw @nickanderson I had the same question. A quick look found this, Orgro (Live your life in Org Mode? Take it with you on your Android device.) https://f-droid.org/packages/com.madlonkay.orgro/ , but it appears to use the service rather than local Files.
I was also experimenting with #NeoVim in #NixOnDroid, which, I think has an org-mode plugin.

@mcrocker @svw orgro is a really good reader, and editor actually. It uses files as far as I recall. But I just dont do much serious editing on mobile, and when I do I break out emacs inside termux to get a much more full environment.
But for mobile capture on Android so far Orgzly has worked the best for me.

@nickanderson @mcrocker
Yes, #orgzly (or #orgzlyrevived) works for me, but adding internal links is convoluted, which means it's not good for #OrgRoam or #zettelkasten
Oh well, was worth asking...

@svw @mcrocker yeah for that level im in Termux with the real deal :emacs: and that works fine. But with Orgzly I'm not aware of a way to populate id automatically. This is actually fine, it can become an org-roam node and still be in Orgzly. I just don't tend to leave nodes over in Orgzly one I've linked to them I've probably refilled them to a more suitable location (usually worklog or journal i guess). And i have a separate roams for. My mobile and workstation. Only part of those overlap.
