This is such a great project! Both the workflow and the prompts look well thought out, and being open-source means it gives lots of other researchers a big leg up to get their own projects off the ground.

One lesson from this project (which I can vouch for from my own work) is to split the AI processes up into discrete jobs. Combined/complex jobs can confuse the LLM, but small, discrete tasks allow you to choose the best/most affordable tool for each part.
