@threecoloured Das war irgendwann Anfang der 1990er, als ich in der 9. oder 10. Klasse mit meinem Mathelehrer über die Implikationen der Studie "Grenzen des Wachstums" von 1972 diskutierte. Da wurde mir schlagartig klar, daß die Menschheit der Wachstumsfalle nicht entkommen würde, sondern einfach die nächsten paar Jahrzehnte weiter in den totalen Kollaps rasen.

Irgendwann 1998, als ich vom Kosovokrieg erfahren habe, bis dahin dachte ich irgendwie, dass niemand nach dem zweiten Weltkrieg noch so dumm sein würde wieder Kriege zuführen.

War hat noch ein Kind und mein Geschichtswissen beschränkte sich hauptsächlich auf die Weltkrieg und die 30jährigen Krieg.
