Bro I had a pad thai for the first time in a while, from a place I've never gotten it from, & i got it "medium spicy" (out of 5 spicy levels) & it wasn't that hot on the tongue but lemme tell ya, it stayed exactly the same level of hot THE WHOLE WAY THROUGH lmaoooo 💀

I eat Cholula with breakfast most days, which is not very hot. But it sneaks up on some folks who get a false sense of security from the mild spice & yummy flavor & start to just douse their meal with it lol. But that never causes me problems.

Weird how different spicy sauces & peppers can affect you so differently, even with similar levels of hotness. 🤔🌶️
