Edit: Problem solved. I was helped and it is : press shift wile changing!

I can't find the setting in #Krita that allows me to change the size of an objekt while locking its aspect ratio. Can someone help me?

I searched in the help but i seem to search with the wrong words.

@Uddelhexe i'm currently not at the computer with Krita installed but holding shift while using the free-transform should keep the aspect ratio.
