I am trying to crochet a tube around my headphone cable. :chick_huh:

Because it transmits loud sounds whenever the cable shifts against something. I hope the sound will be damped with this wooly encasing. :blobcatcozy:

But it takes very long!!!

Also, it was so difficult to understand how to crochet because the video people were all right handed and I'm left handed.

Until I realized I can simply use a mirror to mirror the video on my phone. :chick_XD:

Then I finally had a chance to follow the directions.

I got better. The thread is now tighter around the cable and the different color section last longer. :hammyblush:

The current state! I used up 2.5 thread bundles and there's not much cable left which I have to crochet around!

I tried them out and it unfortunately doesn't really damp the transmitted sound from shifting the cable.

But it looks nice, so it's fine. :chick_XD:
