Walnuts and sun dried tomatoes is a REALLY good snack. It's got the sweet umami and salt from the tomatoes and the fat and the crunch and a slight bitterness from the walnuts. People! I'm serious. @alisynthesis yeah .. for me it's not even cheating... I make my own rules.. just think overall it's a good thing to eat food that it's possible to make for everyone without destroying the world...but a bit of goat cheese at special occasions won't ruin that 😎

@PaulDavisTheFirst @alisynthesis just munch it together - the tomatoes are usually very salty so likely more walnut than tomato - I've been thinking about how to mix the two in a handy snack but didn't come up with anything yet - so it's just a couple of half walnuts and a small slice of tomatoe thrown together into my mouth 😁
