MacOS Sequoia's new window management is the first time I felt Apple made a tangible upgrade in the actual OS (as opposed to the built in apps) in... I don't even know. Like 7 years?

@gannet Tiling and re-tiling things is an essential part of my workflow. The only reason I've been able to tolerate MacOS lacking these features* has been getting third party apps for them. Sequoia is slicker about it than they were, so very happy about that.

• It's felt like an active lack for a long time because Windows and all the major Linux desktops have had this stuff for many years.
