My dog Roxy isn’t able to stand up tonight. She was panting and pacing today, and now she can’t move her hind legs. She’s 14 years old. I knew this moment was coming but it doesn’t make it any easier. She’s 100lbs and I can’t just carry her. My heart is breaking into so many pieces right now.

I’m sleeping on couch downstairs to be by her side tonight. This is probably our last night together.
