findmypast website is sort-of offline in so far that you can’t log in (unless you are already logged in say via phone app). Generally a good site for United Kingdom genealogy research, but this outage has shown that online support is London business hours only (although my website has .com.au, no local support for issues) and only email outside those times.

Cancelled subscription. No support even though it is 10:30am in London for a help desk that is supposed to be online from 9am to 5pm. Issue resolved but no SMS codes for 2fa. Wants a recovery code that then says doesn’t work.
