I've signed up for #WritingMonth, a budding #NaNoWriMo alternative.

I plan to write a novella, shorter than the usual 50,000 word novel goal. Everything is heavily subject to change, but at least I have a vague outline this time around.

@paul I wasn't last year and it was so hard to 'pants' it. I'm going for a different tack this year.

@codemacabre Good luck getting it done. I only plot bits for mysteries, so I can make all things connect. This is why I write very very few mysteries. I define main characters who walk out in the first chapter and they refuse to come back.
