@adbar It's certainly an awesome list and has many interesting items on it, also beyond software! But I would not call it "comprehensive".
Many relevant tools come to mind that are not included (e.g. TXM, stylo, Mallet, Antconc, Cytoscape, to name just a few). Or compare to TAPOR, which has loads of tools: https://tapor.ca/home

@christof Good point, I just made a pull request to suggest the links you mentioned (I just wasn't sure about Cytoscape).
Indeed the interest of the repo is that it goes beyond software but the Tapor list has much more links.
The maintainers are open to contributions so if anybody wants to add further links please help.
