@heavens_feel that's wild. It reminds me of comments I read years ago on a Japanology video, where people really called Japan a theme park. Had many upvotes too. I guess something about the Japanese inclination to sort and organize everything in neat, convenient, and pleasing ways triggers the Disney world instincts in Americans. "Normal everyday Outside™️ can't be like this" or something

@irie @heavens_feel There's hardly any continuous walkable areas bigger than a theme park in burgerland so maybe that plays a part too
