I'm working on my first #Figma plugin and I absolutely don't understand why Figma itself doesn't offer a UI kit for developers, ideally #WebComponents, but forces every developer to imitate Figma's UI. What a waste of resources that could be spent working on the functionality of a plugin instead of its look.

@mariohamann Both the design tool (in this case, Figma) and development implementation have different languages and ways of expressing a UI. The overlap is where we need to find each other. Tokens are an important step and the path to aligning how and what we communicate. The first step is to allow our tools to be different and our tokens to be where we converge.
