They read your posts, profile, or have seen whom you were hanging out with. That was an interaction. You might not be aware of it but it still counts, even when it was something you made months ago, it's still out there and people interact with it.

And people don't have to justify why they blocked someone. You can block anyone for any reason, without anyone having the right to guilt-trip you.
