one of many annoying things about EDS is travel for any trip over a day or two gets REALLY hard as you have such limited carry capacity

this requires a lot of logistics to make as many items serve as many functions as possible, scrapping everything that isn’t ABSOLUTELY necessary, and extensive outfit and weight testing before travel which is both physically and mentally taxing (and frustrating bc able bodied folk just don’t need to do this)

especially hellish if you don’t get round to it till travel day

anyway the point of this story is I had to leave a bunch of chains at home and I’m mad about it
