@jlarky @davatron5000 true. I think the distinction I was aiming to make was that it’s a nicer way to apply behavior conditionally. Perhaps another version of the pattern could instead conditionally import/fetch the script in the first place. But anyway, I meant to compare this to how prior polyfills I’ve built (eg Picturefill) apply their behavior conditionally.
