Has anyone else using @ivory for the mac seen the following behavior?:

The notification icon doesn't badge and ding until you click on it, and then it updates.

@ivory maybe it has something to do with the number of notifications? Like, if you have many notifications ( 50+) and it is slow downloading it doesn't badge until it is done….?
