Hey #WebDev Masto! I need your knowledge.

I have a Field and I want to create a simple "code editor" on the client side with it. It's should be very simple, maybe bash highlighting, tab should not jump out of it, line numbers, not much. I want it to behave like a normal textarea in form-post requests.

Does anyone know of a simple thing that already exists or should I go and fumble it myself?
