After trying and struggling with docker, ddev, and craftcms for about 2 hours, I have given up trying to install it. Maybe it's windows, maybe it's me, either way I'm moving on to the next cms to try - Kirby.

@phoopee3 Yea this whole thing should have been done not publicly. And if publicly not how @photomatt went about it. Am I saying it's all Matt's fault. Nah. WPE has some fault. But it's being overshadowed by Matt's actions that are done so publicly.
