This morning on Radio 1, one of the Belgian national radio stations, there was an interview with Isabelle de Maeght from FEBETRA (Belgian Federation of Transporters and Logistics Service Providers) who said that there isn't a good map with all the streets that heavy trucks aren't allowed to use.
