This is the roll of FP4 in my MX when I fell (up on the Fell!) later that day. Just got the camera back from the repairer yesterday. The back flew open [EDIT and wouldn't stay shut]!

I know where the character viewer is (top right of my screen), but since I last used it, it seemed to be totally taken up with emojis, for some bizarre reason (what's wrong with text smileys like (;-) dammit!). @tomnorthfilm TBF the images these few weeks come from one week's Gentle Guided Walking in the southern Lake District, so rather more photo-fodder than just around here! You'd know me not only by the Pentax camera slung across my body but also the ever-present bucket hat! 25 years in Australia (even with good hat discipline) meant sun damage; just finished yet another round of Efudix, in about a week I'll be maybe presentable again!

@carusb Thanks. I try to reproduce what I see. The light here is incredibly bright with a very harsh sun. Add white houses and the brightness goes up a notch. You need sunglasses!

@shom Thanks Shom. I took a few of these (in a rush as I was falling behind a group walk), and TBF had not really noticed the reflection structure. This was the one that stood out.

@shom I'll take that! In fact an unconscious eye for composition is pretty much all I've got, there's rarely any careful thought to my images.

@tomnorthfilm Thanks Tom. That's #FilmFerrania #P33, a new 160-ISO emulsion. I think it's a wonderful film.

The odd thing about this image is that I printed it to use as a #PostCardsFromAfar , and it was just... nothing! Clearly my printing needs some work!
