I'm so excited to finish my notebook so I can throw it without feeling guilty about it and get one that's smaller and with better quality paper.

@nsa notebooks are super personal-preference things but, if youβre looking for suggestions: https://md.midori-japan.co.jp/en/products/mdnote/

@agl @nsa I've written all of the reasons why Adam is objectively wrong in one of these!!

Another colleague independently recommended black n red, and I wanted to be able to remove sheets cleanly, so I'm trying a spiral one. I don't like the design of the cover a lot but I can put stickers on it or something.
The midori looks very... avant garde. Like they tried very hard to be different. I would almost feel weird writing on it with a ballpoint instead of a fancy fountain pen.

@nsa @agl Something I accidentally learned about Black N Red is that they come in soft cover and hard cover variants. I prefer the soft cover version (which should be the one I linked) for the flexibility, but if you prefer hard cover then that'll be a different SKU (I also have a couple of hard cover BnR notebooks I'll never use that I can give you next week if you happen to like hard cover) π

@iamkale @agl I'm not going to authenticate so unless you're coming all the way to KW already that's a bit of a trip for a couple notebooks!
I think I ordered a hard cover version. I'll let you know what I think!
