Nine days ago, we had a new eco friendly HVAC system installed. It was very pricey.

I have no clue how to adjust the temperature. F'ing emojis everywhere.

Went online to look up the thermostat programming - didn't find instructions but the thing costs $250 which seems utterly ridiculous.

So far, it has never snowed in my house so I can't figure out why that emoji is there.🤦 :ms_snowflake:

The whole point of installing something is to make it available to the user. You're the user. If you can't make it do what you want, it's not installed properly.

How hard would it have been to give you the manual?

I've been looking it up online. More words are written to tell me how great it is than how to change the settings. 😂
