Today I started a new workout program in the morning, that means I've been restarted working out for one entire month! Yay me!

On a mental health note. I also feel things are globally improving in my head. I'm trying to stand up everyday, to keep some routines, to work and regain self confidence. I must say it's fucking super hard to fight against myself and things are not perfect, tonight I'm a bit down, but at least, I try, and I know tomorrow will be better.
