Ok so I have missed the drama and the details of Automattic v WPE.
I was trying to figure out that they did not block WPE's usage of WordPress, only blocked the access to plugins/themes hosted and distributed by WP.ORG.
In which case, asshole move but within their right? Is the .org under automatic or the foundation?
