@wally3k : so many giant companies fuck this up. It's so annoying. Hanlon's Razor makes me want to assume it's just basic low-grade incompetence but then I remember a lot of these companies have surveillance capitalism as their entire business model so it is just as easy to believe that it's intentional.

@trawg True, it's not just Meta.

I had to go through my Settings & Privacy to re-turn off everything I previously had off. No doubt "it was just a bug". 😩
