We are considering to buy the IKEA IVAR system for one of our rooms. Does anyone know if this system is sturdy?

Don:t know if it's sturdy enough for you, but I have it for 20 years, I moved several times with it and it is still good.

@ditol Here is our finished IKEA ivar. It did meet our expectations. It's sturdy, very versatile and easy to assemble.

Cool. I'm glad it worked out so well. And yes, there is hardly any furniture system that is easier to assemble than Ivar.
