We are now going to assess with the landlord what to do next with the help IRL we will have, and if we need to buy/get some stuff, and also regarding the agency behavior

Hello, I need a bunch of money (french below)

I know I've messed up, mainly because of my mental health being shit because of dayjob, neighbors cat abuse issues, my health issues following COVID and basicly everything.

We weren't able to tidy the garden (remove ivy mostly) and instead of talking to us in the summer, another neighbor and our rent agency are pinning us NOW that we are in autumn (and everything is a wet mess...) that it needs to be done NOW.

Not only the agency agent violated our residence by going into the garden and taking pictures (they have to ask, even the landlord has), and they are threatening us to make a professionnal intervene to do it and make us pay.

I had no wage increase in 2024 and taxes increased so im getting less money than 2023, everything is more expensive, I now have to do a specific diet for my health issues, which are going to be more costly, and dayjob announced that the wages won't increase at all in 2025...

For what I've seen of the ivy, honestly it would be needed to be done by a professionnal, and I don't want to buy a ladder to work at 5/6+ meters high to do that crap.

From what I know, the task would probably be around 400€ at least.

So I will ask for 400€, if we get more, that's good.

In the case I don't have to pay anything or it's cheaper (doubt tbh), I will be transparent and the money will go to buy new furnitures, because that's what we were planning to buy in the next months and now our plans just felt apart.

The Ko-Fi goal is set at 400+150, because that ko-fi is partly for the mastodon instance I run, and the 150 are the monthly subscribers.

I really hate to do yet another ask for money, and money is a trauma for me, but here we are.

Je sais que j'ai merdé, principalement a cause de ma santé mentale qui est a chier a cause du taff, des voisins qui abusent de leur animaux, et de problèmes de santé suite au COVID et basiquement tout.

On a pas été capable de s'occuper du jardin (enlever le liere) et a la place de nous en parler cet été, un autre voisin et notre agence de loc sont en train de nous la faire a l'envers maintenant que nous somme en automne (et tout est humide...) et ça doit être fait MAINTENANT.

Non seulement le gars de l'agence nous a fait une violation de domicile en allant dans le jardin faire des photos, mais ils nous menacent de faire intervenir un pro et nous faire payer.

Je n'ai pas eu d'augmentation de salaire en 2024, et les impôts ont augmentés donc j'ai touché moins en 2024 que 2023, tout est plus cher, et maintenant que je dois suivre un régime spécifique pour mes problèmes de santé, ça va devenir plus coûteux, en plus de ça le taff a annoncé zéro augmentation en 2025...

Pour ce que j'ai vu du liere, honnêtement faut le faire faire par un pro, et j'ai pas envie d'acheter une échelle pour bosser a 5/6+ mètres de haut.

De ce que j'en sais, ça serait pour au moins 400€.

Donc je vais demander 400€, si on obtiens plus, tant mieux.

Dans le cas ou on a rien a payer (ce dont je doute tbh), je vais être transparent et l'argent nous servira a acheter des meubles, car c'est ce qu'on avait prévus d'acheter dans les mois qui arrivent et nos plans sont tombés a l'eau.

Le goal Ko-FI est mis a 400+150, car ce Ko-Fi sert en partie a l'instance mastodon que je gère, et les 150 sont les donateurs mensuels.

Je deteste faire encore une demande d'argent, et l'argent est un trauma pour moi, mais bon voila.
