@kunde_x Eigentlich müsste geprüft werden, ob die Einstellung des Nötigungsverfahrens gegen den Pkw-Fahrer eine Rechtsbeugung darstellt.

@anikke Weil die ja jeden Autofahrer belästigen könnte, während die Nötigung zu ihrem Nachteil nur bekloppte Radler betreffen kann, die ihre Rechte nach StVO tatsächlich nutzen wollen.
