Every few days I see a post or such that describes something about ADHD, & I am amazed that it took us all 47 years to realise I had an issue.

So many things hit close to home. This is one of them.

I’ve learned to gamify nearly every aspect of my life but I’ve never managed it with exercise.

@OverclockedAndy Same. I’m 48 and was only diagnosed a few years ago. How is it so obvious in hindsight?!?
